AAA (ASHAs, ANMs, and Anganwadi Workers) are crucial for enhancing service delivery, early risk identification, and community engagement. Strengthening their skills ensures better healthcare access, timely interventions, and improved health outcomes. With this objective in mind, Samyak has started working with ASHAs, ANMs, and Anganwadi Workers (AAA) to improve their capacities for maternal and child health (MCH) related services.

Key activities being undertaken by Samyak include:

  • Training & Skill Development: Capacity-building sessions on antenatal care, immunization, nutrition, and high-risk case identification.
  • Data-Driven Monitoring: Strengthening record-keeping and tracking of maternal and child health indicators.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Improved collaboration between health, ICDS, and municipal bodies.
  • Community Engagement: Awareness campaigns, home visits, and counseling on maternal and child health.

Referral & Follow-up Mechanism: Strengthening linkages with higher healthcare facilities for timely interventions.
